Pacheco Plaza

This transformation of a 1960’s era shopping center into the premier neighborhood center of Novato, California is scheduled for construction in Summer 2008.

A key component is the part-time plaza for art, music and special shopping events while becoming a parking area during normal shopping days. Green/sustainable concepts include: photovoltaic arrays, architecturally integrated stormwater filtration, green-screen technology, solar shading and extensive new planting areas.
